Visiting the website
When you visit the website, our host automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time, page viewed, and the browser and system used. This data is used solely to ensure that the website works properly and securely.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address in order to send you our news. Subscription takes place in two steps: you first receive a confirmation email, and you are only subscribed once you have clicked the link it contains.

Your data may therefore be transferred to the United States; this transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of the FADP, in particular standard contractual clauses.

Contact and booking
If you write to us or call us, we use the information you give us only to respond to your request, and we keep it for as long as needed to follow it up.
Bookings are made on the TheFork platform, to which the “Book a table” and “Reservations” buttons link. Data entered when booking is processed by TheFork, under its own privacy policy; it does not pass through this website.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany. The host acts on our behalf and processes data only to provide hosting.
Links and external content
The website links to third-party services (Instagram, Google Maps, TheFork, Star Wine List, Wine Spectator, press articles). No data is sent to these services unless you click the link; their own privacy policies then apply. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or rent your data. It is accessible only to the providers named above (host, Mailchimp, TheFork), to the extent necessary for their task, or to the authorities where the law requires it.
Retention period
Server logs are kept for a limited period by the host. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.
Your rights
